Software Specifications

PocketValuer is a .Net based application which makes it compatible with most Microsoft based operating systems and is Web Enabled. Depending on the storage capacity of your device, you can store all your sales, valuation and customer data on the device as well as the application. By doing this, you basically having a mobile office. Or else, you can store only essential data on the device and log into the office server to retrieve data as and when required.

With GPRS technology you can send and recieve data remotely in real time just by pressing the Sync button from the main menu on PocketValuer.

Road Test: iMate Jasjar

The IMate Jasjar was road tested for its overall functionality and ease of use: the device is 8cm x 12 cm and fits into a suit or trouser pocket easily.

The Jasjar has a great VGA screen (5.8cm x 7.8cm) and flip keyboard. The device has a built-in phone, camera, Bluetooth, Email functionality using MS Exchange 2003 meaning you do not have to pay fees to be connected to an ISP's email server. Your server/computer pushes emails out to you automatically and of course you can reply by email and even send attachments from the field. Overally, the device was given a rating of 9 out of 10 by the Valuers who road tested it.
