Pocket Valuer is a mobile device which allows Valuers to send and receive data remotely via GPRS. Pocket Valuer was developed with the assistance of software architects J3 technology and Hewlett-Packard (HP) and integrates completely within the Microsoft Windows environment.

The custom-built Remote Asset Valuation System (RAVS ©) loads onto most PDA’s with GPRS and Bluetooth- eliminating the need for bulky papers and allowing valuers to move easily around the building; accurately recording details as they go.
To make the Pocket Valuer solution easy to use, drop-down scripting screens allow for key sentences to be filled in, such as the precise land size or number of bedrooms.
